Introductions & Team Building
We schedule a personalized consultation with the Lancaster team. In this consultation we’ll discuss your wants, desires, and budget. We then make an introduction to the best architect and/or designer for your project needs and formulate our project team.
Concept & Feasibility
Once the project team is established our design discussions begin. Once enough information is collected we will start our feasibility analysis. This analysis will provide pricing guidance and project parameters.
Design Phase
The project team will work with the designer to finalize design and figure out all the fine details. This includes finishes, fixtures and other stylistic preferences that will make your home truly custom.
Contract Phase
After the design phase has been complete, it will take approximately 30-45 days to detail exact pricing with all design considerations and finalize the contract for your property.
Building Phase
When your contract has been finalized, our team will begin the construction phase. To ensure the highest degree of accuracy and precision in each build, our team only schedules a limited number of builds each year so you can rest assured your project will be completed to the highest construction standards.
Warranty Phase
At Lancaster Custom Builder, we take pride in our product and we are your #1 advocate. Our efforts to make things right will not stop until the best result is achieved. Before you move into your home, we will walk through and create a punch list with you. Our team will fix any items and coordinate any adjustments. After a year in your home, we will do it again. Our goal is to leave you happy and to build a long-lasting friendship. We want Lancaster Custom Builder to be your first call for anything home-related in the future.
